"Fillacchi" di Carapelle Calvisio (Sotto Olio)
A local conserve and delicacy originating from our local village the former Barony of the region, Carapelle Calvisio. Made using the young fruits of the local fig trees that have yet to mature. This is a product of the breba crop that never reach full size at our altitude.
Made to a traditional recipe passed down to us by the local villagers, these figs are savoury and can be enjoyed with cheese or cured meats, or alternatively be used in pasta dishes or omelets.
