Our Easter Event has been enjoyed by many, and this year we hope to host more happy families as they enjoy the farm and the activities offered.
Whether you are coming for the activities of egg painting or the easter egg hunt, or to BBQ and relax, we offer it all! This year for the first time we will hold our event on both Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. We are doing two days, instead of one, to allow for more space and fun, and ensure we can host everyone that wants to come while still having a manageable number of people at the farm. |

What is there to do?On the day of the event you will be welcomed to enter the farm where you will be given your bag containing everything needed for the day... plates, glasses etc. You don't need to bring anything. Once inside you can find your allocated table and then can go to visit and feed the animals. It's Easter so we hope to have new lambs, kids, chicks, bunnies and ducklings for you to see!
There will be food and drink and activities organised for the children, and every booking will have allocated seating (which will be near a BBQ, if you have ordered meat to grill). The atmosphere is relaxed and there will be music playing to fit the mood and activities announced throughout the day. |

When we originally launched our Easter event, many of the activities we introduced were new to Abruzzo, like painting boiled eggs, or rolling them down the hill. Our Easter Egg hunt was also new for some, but the fact that we include prizes for adults to fìnd has continued to be a favourite for many!
This year we will again bring you these fun activities and no doubt the easter bunny will be there again to lead the egg hunt!! In addition, there will be the craft table to make and colour things, and also some stories for the kids to enjoy, while parents take a well deserved rest! The above activities are all included in the entry price, and throughout the day there will also be face painting and donkey/pony rides available (see below). |

What about Food & Drink?Food:
Barbecuing is core to the food experience for this event! BBQs are made available throughout the day. We will make sure the BBQs stay lit and ready for you to use. Utensils, salt, oil are all provided, but you will need to order your meat online in advance. You can follow the link at the top or bottom of this page to order your meat. Please note additional fresh meat will NOT be available on the day, so please make sure to book in advance. We will also have tagliere, cheese plates, vegetables to grill and sweet options available, but there will not be other food vendors at this event. Drinks: We will, as always, have a range of drinks available including natural wines, beer, water and fizzy drinks. We will have local artisan beer on tap and hope also to have a new system to offer Guinness at all events! Coffee and liqueurs will be available throughout the day. For those of you who are driving, we also have alcohol free artisan beers available! |
