Cosa è incluso?:
Biglietto d'ingresso: Questo biglietto è valido per l'ingresso in fattoria, per sperimentare la tranquillità e la natura del luogo che abbiamo creato. Per vedere gli animali e rilassarsi. C'è un van chiosco dove è possibile acquistare bibite e taglieri o prodotti da riportare a casa. 

Il Tour: 
Tour indipendente: questo biglietto include un giro informativo auto condotto della fattoria, della durata approssimativa di un'ora. Ciascuna area è fornita di un codice QR che porta a pagine correlate sul nostro sito, dove è possibile leggere riguardo le specie rare ed i prodotti che facciamo, come ci prendiamo cura degli animali e li gestiamo. Stiamo includendo anche dei video che vi permetteranno di vedere cose che potrebbero accadere in diversi momenti dell'anno o che non potete sperimentare in prima persona (ad esempio l'interno di un'arnia!) 

Tour Personale: in alternativa, per €5,00 in più, è possibile avere un tour guidato da uno di noi. Durante questo giro si potranno incontrare gli animali, dare loro da mangiare e maneggiare alcuni di loro più di quanto sia possibile nel tour auto guidato.  

Cibo:
Al completamento del tour, si giunge presso la nostra area BBQ. Se avete scelto di ordinare il cibo in anticipo, esso sarà pronto per voi. Ci sono posti ombreggiati e vi sarà fornito tutto ciò che vi occorre. Se avete una prenotato degli arrosticini o il griglia misto, ci sarà un punto BBQ completamente fornito per accendere il fuoco e cucinarlo. Inoltre, le bevande e panini sono sempre disponibili al momento. 

Altri Servizi: 
Questo biglietto concede il tempo di restare e rilassarsi alla fattoria. Potete rivisitare le aree degli animali tutte le volte che volete, ed è disponibile un parco giochi per bambini piccoli.

Per favore notare:

1. Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate come segue: Giugno, luglio ed agosto: lunedì, giovedì, venerdì, sabato e domenica. Le prenotazioni devono essere fatte con un minimo di un giorno di anticipo. ​
2. Per prenotare diverse opzioni per diverse persone, basta selezionare il tipo di biglietto e poi aggiungere le opzioni nel vostro "carrello", e poi ritornare per scegliere un diverso tipo di biglietto / opzioni ed aggiungerlo. Una volta che tutti i biglietti sono aggiunti, è possibile fare un'unica prenotazione.
3. Se volete prenotare come parte di un gruppo grande, in cui acquistate i biglietti separatamente,  per favore concordate un nome per il gruppo ed assicuratevi che ciascuna prenotazione riporti questo stesso nominativo nel campo predisposto.
4. Presso la fattoria è possibile consumare esclusivamente cibi e bevande acquistati in fattoria, per via delle norme di biosicurezza. Non si tratta di una scelta commerciale, ma a regole alle quali siamo soggetti. Non è possibile portare i vostri cibi e bibite senza previo accordo, che possiamo concedere in situazioni eccezionali.
5. Grigliata mista ed arrosticini sono disponibili solo se prenotati. I taglieri invece non necessitano di pre-ordine. Assicuratevi di prenotare una quantità sufficiente, poiché sarà quella che noi prepareremo. ​
6. Per via delle norme di biosicurezza, non sono consentito l'ingresso ad animali domestici in alcune parti della fattoria Si possono fare eccezioni per i cani guida ed altri animali da compagnia speciali. Per favore contattateci in anticipo per organizzarci a questo proposito. 
7. Se ci contattate per disdire la prenotazione con almeno 48 ore di anticipo, vi inoltreremo un buono dello stesso valore di spesa, valido per 12 mesi. Non sono previsti rimborsi per cancellazioni fatte meno di 48 ore prima o se semplicemente non vi presentate.
8. I tour guidati sono puntuali, per favore non fate tardi.

What is included?:
Entrance Ticket: This ticket buys you entry to the farm to experience the tranquility and nature of the place we have created. To see the animals and relax. There is a food van on the farm where you can purchase drinks and taglieres or products to take home.


The Tour: 
Self-guided tour: This ticket includes an informative self guided tour of the farm that will last approximately one hour. Each area has a QR code that links to hidden pages on our website where you can read about the rare breeds and the products we make, how we care for and manage the animals. We are also including videos that will allow you to see things that may happen at different times of the year or that you cannot experience first hand (like the inside of a beehive!)


Personal Tour: Alternatively for an extra €5,00 you can have a tour lead by one of us. During this tour you will meet the animals, be able to feed and handle more of them than is possible on the self guided tour.

Food:
On completion of the tour you will arrive at our BBQ area. If you have selected to preorder food it will be ready for you. There is shade, and everything you need provided. If you have pre-booked a arrosticini or the mixed grill, there will be a fully furnished BBQ ready for you to light and cook them. There are also always drinks and sandwiches available to order.

​Other Facilities: 
This ticket allows you the time to stay and relax at the farm. You can revisit the animal areas as many times as you would like and there is a playground available for small kids.

Please note:

1. Bookings can be made as follows:  June, July & August: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Bookings must be made a minimum of one day in advance.​​.
2. To book different options for different people simply select the ticket type and add the options then add it to your 'shopping cart' then return to choose alternative ticket types/options and add them. Once all tickets are added you can make one single booking.
3. If you wish to book as part of a large group where you are buying tickets separately please agree a group name and ensure that each booking has this group name noted in the field provided.
4. Only food and drink purchased at the farm can be consumed at the farm due to bio security laws. This is not a commercial decision but due to the rules we are subjected to. You may not bring your own food or drink without prior agreement, which we may agree in exceptional situations.
5. Mixed grills and arrosticini are only available if pre-booked. Tagliere's are available without pre-booking. The weight of the meat included in the mixed grill varies according to how much bone there is. Please order sufficient because we only prepare the amount pre-ordered.​
6. Due to the rules surrounding bio-security we also are not allowed to permit domestic animals to enter certain parts of the farm. Exceptions can be given for guide dogs and other specialised companion animals. Please contact in advance to arrange this.
7. If you contact us to cancel your booking more than 48hrs in advance we will issue you a voucher for the same value paid valid for 12 months. Refunds are not provided for non attendance or for cancelations made less than 48hrs before the booked visit.
8. Tours start punctually. Please don't be late. ​
