"Fettine di Zucchine" di Rocca Calascio (Sotto Olio)
A local conserve and delicacy originating from Rocca Calascio. Made in the summer months using young zucchini. This product originates from a time when people traditionally preserved fresh produce for the colder winter months.
Made to a traditional recipe passed down to us by the local villagers, this delicate flavour of this conserve can be enjoyed with cheese or cured meats, or alternatively be used in pasta dishes.
