General Info
1. How do we find you?

2. What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours vary depending on the season:
- Closed: November to early March.
- March to June: Open Sundays only, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM, if there are bookings.
- Summer (June, July, August): Open five days a week, 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Event days: Different opening hours, specified in event details.
Pre-booking is required—if there are no bookings, the farm will not be open.
3. Are there any special rules visitors should follow?
For biosecurity, health & safety reasons, and also regarding smoking and litter, we have rules in place. These are clearly labeled at the entrance, and by entering the farm, visitors agree to abide by them. If visitors would like a copy in advance, they can request it.
4. Can I bring milk for my baby?
Powdered milk for babies is permissible and can be brought into the farm.

6. What’s included in a visit?
It depends on the booking:

8. Do you offer guided tours, or is it self-guided?
Yes, both guided and self-guided tours are available:
Guided tours: Run daily at 11:00 AM, and at 5:00 PM in summer months. Lasts about one hour, depending on guest questions. Includes:
- Entry to animal areas.
- Holding, feeding, and learning about the animals.
- Insights into ancient breeds, farming methods, and animal welfare.
Self-guided tours: QR codes provide information at each area, linking to website pages with detailed content.
9. Is the tour suitable for everyone?
- Some parts of the tour pass over rough ground, but most is on flat terrain.
- Visitors with difficulty walking may find some areas challenging.
- Not all areas are suitable for pushchairs.

11. How do we book an event, and do we need to book in advance?
Yes, event bookings must be made in advance via our Event Booking Page. Some events sell out quickly, so early booking is recommended.
12. What’s included in an event?
Food is not included in event bookings unless specifically stated. Each event has different inclusions, which are detailed on the event page. Most events include farm entry, specific activities, and the option to purchase food separately.

Booking
20. The website says you are sold out – can I still buy a ticket?
If the website shows that we are sold out, unfortunately that means there are no more tickets available for that date or time. All bookings are handled through the website and reflect live availability.
21. How does the booking system work?
Our booking system works like an online shop. Simply select the type and number of tickets you need, add them to your cart, and continue browsing if needed. When you're ready, you can pay for everything in one transaction through our secure checkout.
22. Can I reserve a table?
If table reservation is available for the event or visit you are attending, a table will automatically be assigned to you when you book. There's no need to request it separately.
23. What happens if it rains?
Events and visits go ahead in all weather. We do not offer refunds, but if bad weather affects your plans, we will work with you to find a new date or offer a voucher.
24. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can request a cancellation by visiting our Changes Page.
25. Can I change my booking?
Yes, if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Use the Changes Page to request a change.
26. Can I add more people to my booking?
Yes. Just make a second booking and use the same “Nome Capo Gruppo” so we know to group you together.
Facilities
28. Is there seating?
Yes, there is seating available throughout the farm, including picnic areas and shaded rest spots.
29. Is there indoor seating?
We do not have indoor seating, but shaded outdoor areas are available for eating and relaxing.
30. Is there a restaurant?
We are not a restaurant, but we offer freshly prepared food, snacks, and meals made with our own products during visits and events.
33. Disability access?
Most of the farm is flat and accessible, but some areas have uneven ground. We do our best to assist and accommodate all needs. Please contact us in advance if you have specific requirements.
Food & Drinks – Visits
35. What food is available?
Depending on the booking, we offer taglieri made with our Suino Nero d'Abruzzo meats and local cheeses, as well as additional seasonal sides and vegetarian options.
36. What drinks are available?
Wine, beer, soft drinks, and coffee are available with meals or from our refreshment point, depending on the day.
37. Do I need to book food in advance?
Yes, if you’d like to eat during your visit, we recommend pre-booking food so we can prepare your meal with fresh, local ingredients.
Food & Drinks – Events
38. What food is available at events?
During events, we offer a wide variety of food. Depending on the event, this may include taglieri, porchetta, sandwiches, vegetarian options, and desserts. Menus are usually listed on the event page.
39. What drinks are available at events?
Drinks include wine, craft beer, soft drinks, water, and coffee. Some events may feature local guest beverages.
40. Can I bring my own food?
No. Due to ASL biosecurity regulations, food from outside cannot be brought into the farm. This helps protect our animals and maintain our licensing requirements.
41. Do I need to bring charcoal?
No. For events with barbecues, we provide charcoal, utensils, and condiments. You only need to book your meal and enjoy.
Dietary Restrictions
42. Are vegan or vegetarian options available?
Yes, we offer a selection of vegetarian and plant-based options. Please inform us in advance when booking so we can plan accordingly.
43. Are there options for gluten- or lactose-intolerant guests?
Yes. Our salumi is gluten- and lactose-free. We also offer gluten-free dishes prepared with care. Please notify us in advance so we can ensure safety and variety.

Activities
45. What activities are available for children?

Pets
46. Can I bring my pet to the farm?
For events, the farm is often busy with a lot of people. Not everyone likes dogs, and dogs may not enjoy the noise and movement. We recommend leaving them at home for their own welfare.
If you choose to bring a dog, it must:
- Be vaccinated.
- Be well-behaved around children, people, other dogs, and farm animals.
- Not worry or stress the animals on the farm.
Some areas of the farm are not accessible to pets due to ASL biosecurity regulations, as dogs can bring parasites and diseases to livestock.
Payment Options
47. Can I pay on the day of the visit or event?
All bookings must be paid in full in advance via our website. We do not accept payments on the day.
48. Can I pay by bank transfer?
At the moment, we only accept payments via PayPal or credit card through the booking page on our website.
49. Can I pay a deposit now and the rest on the day of the event?
We require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your place. We currently do not offer a deposit option.
